Thank you! I will wait until Tuesday to see what @QueenB has to say. I found it interesting that they said nothing was wrong even though several other players have mentioned my board is totally different.

Hi Christine.. I’ve been in touch with King Support snd apparently there are no faults with my game board and it’s been tested and has a normal pass rate 🤷🏻♀️Do I contact support through the game app to see if they will refund the gold bars?

Hi @QueenB I had to resort to buying gold bars for extra moves.. this the only way I could pass the level. I did not want to spend money but couldn’t see any other way.
