Hi again, I have tried to follow the removing/reconnecting the game from Facebook account, but result is still same. How can I create a King account linked to my existing Facebook account so I can keep my progress and don't have to start the game over from scratch? Is there a way? Thanks in advance.

Hello quekkc, Same here. I was unable to connect with Windows App since Septemder, without any message. I see same message (the last ss) for a couple weeks. And still unable to connect on Win10.

Hello Kevin, I have already tried many many times uninstalling/reinstalling the app from both "Apps and Features" and "Microsoft Store". I have disabled all VPN features and still same result.
