I can't buy anything

I tried all your troubleshooting advice and still cannot purchase. The last 5 days got error message but today it just spins trying to lead. I have tried jelly and soda. Same thing happens.I haven't made any changes to my desktop to cause this. I've tried cc jelly and soda. I spend a fortune on these games and want to play! Help!
