It is worth taking a look at the help center ☺
Yesterday I thought that I should take a look at the help center. I didn't need it yet, but I was curious.
The question is definitely: How do I get there. It's easy:
You go into your game and on the gear and tap the question mark. You will be redirected to help. There you search for your problem and follow the steps. If you can't find the problem or the steps provided can't solve it, scroll to the end of the same help page and tap "Do you need help"? From there you will come to the contact form. Your email address is already stored. Just find out your problem with the subtopic and describe it. Normally, the team would have to have your ID number by sending it. As a precaution, I would always include them. That the team has better access to your player account.
For some things you will be linked to the community page in the Help Center. There you will find contributions for the specific problems.
You would be helped there!!!
It's all so nicely deposited. The synchronize between the devices, buy & gold bars, as well as events and challenges. And so on...
So you now have a faster access and you can do everything yourself.
I think it's great and a big thank you to the team for this relief.
