Purchase golden bars

Hello everyone

I wanted to buy gold bars and more and there is a price in my country's currency (Serbia), but when I click to buy, I get the message as in the picture.

I was never asked for card number I wanted to pay with.

Did anyone had a similar problem, and if do, how did you solve it?

Hello @cecazr

It could be that you lost connectivity just as you tried to make your purchase. Check your wifi connection and then try again.
