Reverting to old account

MS updates once again crashed my laptop and it had to be rest to factory settings. I play King games online - NOT ON FACEBOOK - and now I can only get a very old account. I've lost over 3 years worth of levels, boosters, and friends with cool names, not to mention the way I relax before bed. Customer support only sends automated canned responses that apply only to Facebook based on the very limited subheading offered. Can anyone tell me how to regain my sanity in these stressful times?
