Lost items

Hi,

I changed mobile phone but before that I had saved the game via fb. The level is saved but I have lost all the items I have collected so far. They are in my old phone.

How can I transfer them into my new phone?

The same problem is with other games: pet rescue and farms hero saga.

Please help me!!!

    The boosters also cannot be transferred / saved to any devices on any King's Games when you switch out new or change or upgrade device.

    But you can continue playing while you haven't lost your boosters if you haven't uninstall yet. And you can also check to click on "Join the Contests" that you can chance to win gold bars too on any one of King's Game. 😊
