I have spent a considerable amount of money on this game to level up. And now it just goes back to levels I've already cleared and won't connect to the internet. No support at all when I ask for help on this issue pitiful

I refuse to spend money for Gold Bars I have earned. I am at level 2060 on CCF just by playing. The ads featured are nice for extra boosters as well as giving you 4 more turns.

Don't worry! How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug as so many players have this problem cause no Internet Connection. (I hope it's solved! 🤔)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.
