Perplexed at Level 444

Please help me figure out level444!!!

I can’t figure out how to play this board and I don’t understand the move strategy. I can’t figure out how to determine what way the blocks are going to fall. Please help!!! I’ve gotten all the way here with no extra boosters and no packages bought. But I can’t figure out how these moves are made.
