Because your profile (without connected with Facebook or King.Com) CANNOT be transferred your gold bars to your same profile (with connected with Facebook/King.Com) and another players (if another player have connected with Facebook/King.Com) with using your same device. 🙁

By the way, We do not replace items and cannot help you to return your gold bars back that have not been purchased but if you have however lost purchased items, please report this to our Player Support team here, so they can help. 😊

If you lost any purchased items in the game, then email Player Support from the game's Settings and Help Center to get the purchases restored.
