Free switch not working

My free switch has not been working for over a month, although I keep accumulating them and now have over 100! Any thoughts how I can fix this?

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset or gone.
