How do I raise a support request?

When I choose New Discussion I am given 3 options for type of discussion. Whichever one I choose I am given the same drop down list but the choicesw I can make vary according to the type I chose. Not one of the gives me the support option!
I will raise my query here in another discussion for the moment but I would like to know the answer to this anyway.

Learn how to communicate: Tagging someone is how to communicate with someone in the community. Place the symbol “@” and start typing the members username. A pop-up box should appear with the members user name. Just tap/click on the members user name to make it active. They will receive a Notification from you. This is great when asking questions or responding to others.

Thank you @Glenn1972 for your help. Unfortunately the problem is not with a game or device but a technical issue with the community so I assumed that the support area of the community was the right area to try & post the query. However I did post it in this area of the community & have had a response from kiara_wael to which I have replied.
