The shortcuts to games on Facebook are in your Facebook account and settings and therefore provided by Facebook and not any of the game makers.
If the shortcuts are missing, please contact Facebook Support directly for help.
You can meanwhile find all games by searching for it by typing the game name in Facebook search field. Same way as you search for new games, people or other Facebook pages.

Hi @flamin_cactus I dont know who recommended that the best way of getting help Is through private messaging as it is not. The best way is through the community discussion here https://community.king.com/en/blog/categories/players-corner if you cant see a discussion that fits your needs then you can start a new one and ask your question as all us superstars, game experts ect.. will see it and offer a solution if we cant then we would raise it our CMs who have high permissions to be able to deal with issues further should it be needed. No players new or old get different support pathways. We go as far as we can to help every player so please be rest assured that any help you ask for will be given by all of us and the best way to get this is the discussions route. I am sorry you have felt that only private messaging was a way of getting help. I hope you feel supported by my explanation. ๐๐๐
