Hi @ReneeShock1967 sorry to Hear that please try first these trouble shooting tips as they are always recommended in the first instance with any blips.
Make sure your game is saved. Check for any missed updates in you're play store or equivalent. You should be on game version 6.11.5. Log out of your game and turn your device off and on.
Lets see if this resets it for you. Please let us know.

A tip you may find helpful to make lots of friends is If you tag a specific person in a discussion just type @ then there name then select it from the drop down that appears so as it turns black that way not only do the community see it that particular person will be notified. Hi all as you have tried my trouble shooting tips can you send your device and program details along with your game ID. you can find this by selecting profile then double click the word king at the top of the page. I will ask our magical @QueenB or delightful @LadyRaffie to join 👍⭐

Have tried all there advice but logging out uninstalling switching phone off etc doesn't work.some thing needs to be done at game HQ.
