I'm Tee from NYC..I've been playing King games for years...but I've just discovered the community today. I'm no big gaming expert, but will help when I can. I've recently started playing CCS again..I'm only on level 567 which still puts me in the baby league compared to some of you all LOL

To answer you, yes, I needed help with Farm Heroes Saga..I could not get the game to load. I changed browsers and was able to load it then, but it's not a browser I usually use..so I need to contact support.
No, I have not visited the communities of my fav games yet.. I created my account yesterday but then my day got hectic and I never made it back online. I am off to find them now tho lol
