Hi and Welcome to our Community 🌺
The video ad feature is still a test feature, which means that some of you can get Lives, while others can get Booster or other items from this feature.
This also means that the video ad feature will not always be available and not found in all player's games or on all devices.
So if you at the moment are missing the video ads in your game, just stay tuned and keep an eye in the game to see when it's back.

Yes! @kiara_wael is right! These ads feature is still tested by Community Team that means it's still not complete to be fixed.
So you can continue to play next levels with other features. 😊

Hi @LaurieMelton and welcome to our Community!
It is not possible to remove the ads from your game if you are in the test group for ads in a game.

Virtually all of the ads for word games, brain booster games etc are actually reported spyware. They literally exist to mine for personal data and network keys. They are dangerous. I don't mind ads but can you at least provide feedback to report these criminals?

If you are willing to pay to remove ads then you might like to consider using the shop to buy gold and boosters instead. The theory on here is that as soon as you buy anything then you lose all means of obtaining free boosters. If the theory is right this would mean that if you bought something from the shop then you would lose your adverts.

Not sure what platform you use, but adblockers do wonders for me and my gaming experiences. I found one that allows me to turn off the blocker for a certain time on my ipad and will start right back up in the allotted time I give it. It blocks both ads in Safari and all my apps giving me an ad free experience all the way around except when I CHOOSE to use ads to my advantage.

Much appreciated. I'm on Samsung so that isn't a viable option for a number of reasons. Mainly I want there to be a way to report dangerous ads and warn others. I'll keep an eye out for a more flexible ad blocker for my Galaxy tho.
