Diamond digger bug

Hey! Recently started playing diamond digger saga and on my pixel 3aXL, the nav bar won't disappear. Is there anything I can do to remove it? Or where I could submit the bug for fixing? Thanks!! 💎

Check App update> Sign out game> Restart device and wait 5 minutes after power on> Open game and sign in. Please empty the VCache !! And restart. Hope that helps. Otherwise, please get in touch with a picture !! thank you

How about you tried to follow these troubleshooting steps of Crashing/Freezing issue/bug. (I hope haven't this happens! 😊)

If you want to try uninstall and install steps, you have your gold bars are saved/transfered but all of the boosters have lost and some events will be reset and gone.

Have you tried reinstalling the app?

Thanks for your quick responses! :) Here's a screenshot, the black nav bar on the bottom makes the screen just a bit smaller and doesn't utilize the entire display. I tried redownloading the app but no luck :'(

To exit full-screen mode on an Android device: Tap or touch the screen. A minimise/maximise icon will be displayed on the left of the screen. Tap the minimise/maximise icon on the left of the screen. I hope this helps! 😊

Okay! From Settings, search for and select Full screen apps. Tap Full screen apps. To enable full screen aspect ratio, swipe to and tap the switch next to your desired apps that I hope this helps. 😊

Hi @N8Bit @Diamond Lim !

It looks like the game screen is not yet optimized for that specific Android model. Therefore there's a small black and empty stripe in the bottom.

There's is nothing you can do at this moment more than wait for an update that will fix this.
