Sorry for hijacking the thread, but I wonder where I find community support specific?
I have just reached 200 comments, and should then by the text in my profile level up to level 4 , but it still says level 3.
Where do I turn for help?

Oh! You need 250 points and comments together that you can reached Level 4 as their team has updated on this early year. 😊
By the way, I see you can still passed on Backstage Community. 😊

If you look at the text in the picture I attached it says 200 comments and has said since I leveled up from level 2, so then that is a bit misleading. In Sweden it is called false marketing :) That text shows up whenever I go into my page or any other page on the forum, so I have been aiming at the 200 for quite some time now...
I know I am a Backstager already, I got that after a VIP event in the Stockholm King Kingdom, but I guess levelling up still means some more perks? Or doesn't it?

Hi @Diamond Lim, thanks for the link! It does give a lot of info on how to collect points to level up, but nothing about what you get when reaching the next level?
Also, someone should update the text on profile pages stating it only takes 200 comments to level up from 3 to 4, not 250 that is only stated in a discussion thread in the community that is not readily available.

Oh! I am still Game Expert as I am still active to help players on Diamond Diaries Community and Player Corner right now. And yes! Before updating, Level 4 needs 200 comments and points. But after updating, it needs 250 comments and points as Backstage Community has very cool news than Community Hub. So points can be earned by Badges and Answers only.

So, 200 comments should take me to level 4? But my page still says level 3, even if I have more than 200 comments.
And the 250 comments to get the Backstage is not something I need, I am already there as we stated before (got it at the VIP event in Stockholm).
So, what do I get for levelling up? Is there anything tangible to strive for to level up more than access to Backstage which I already have? I think it would be good if it was explained somewhere in the Community what is gained for each level up :-)
