The two lines? That's called a code block. Are you talking about the two dim, thick gray lines at the top and bottom of the screenshot below?
It's very easy to create a code block. First go to the top of your signature, and follow the steps below.
Click on the little gray icon near the text box.
Then click on the following buttons:
Click Code Block. The gray line will appear. Then click enter, leaving no text in it.
Do the same for the bottom, too.
