New levels are usually recieved weekly try checking play store for updates and logging out of the game and turn your device off and on
However if you are still playing via Facebook BW2 receives no updates. You can also only play on a mobile via king ๐๐

I have done everything you have suggested. I am still at level 4330 and waiting on more levels.
I already play on the mobile app, so no need to worry about that.

@PrettyBubbles at least 4 weeks. Is the game above that level? I am racking up quite a few items to help when I do get some levels to play.

just noticed a update was done today on bw2
because of this all my lives 50+ has disappeared And I can no longer able to send or receive lives
this happened a few month ago please advise asap

any news on why my lives and friends have disappeared to since the last update on Friday?.
i am playing on iPad through king.com
this issue was last year also and seemed to be resolved for a few weeks but to return again??

Hi @mimimii Have you tried the usual tip of logging out then turn your device off and on after updates this can help ๐

Yeah tried that first...still nothing how has this reoccured from last time was only couple month ago if that?

@mimimii Unfortunately some updates can produce a blip and can take the next update to correct it. We are still having lives issues across the board that are still being worked on The issue is more complex than originally thought so is taking a while.
Although very frustrating we appreciated our players patience with this issue ๐๐
