@ozgurkaya1996 - However your actual problem is Deadlock issue is happening on your game depends on what the performance and the quality of your device, with this optimization issue the game will be crashed during the loading screen or it will be frezzing which you have to kill the game manually so that means the game is not optimizated well on your device and that could be a development fault!
So I'll flag your problem to the studio and hope that the team could fix the game and optimizated for your device!

@ozgurkaya1996 - The studio is asking you if you are using a SD card into your device? The team have an issue here that is fixed and it will be go live very soon. This crash only happened on Huawei devices!

Make sure to install the game without the SD card, this solved the problem. However this issue should be fixed within the upcoming build!

You have to delete the game, remove the SD card from your phone completely, then install the game and see if the game works or not!
