All I get when I click on the game is a lavender rectangle in the upper left corner once downloaded. This has been going on for a few weeks. Please help.
Hi @JDobbs, for BWS2 the only way you can play is on your phone. There are no more updates using a PC. Sorry
Can Yuo Pleace transfer my boosters to my phone???? I have over 80 rainbows and many of wandt......its hopeless to not have them on my phone....they are gone all of them if you dont can do that or help me..I have played since BWS2 started, Im 75 years old....pleeeeeeze help me .......Im on level at the phone now 4224, I beg yuo /margit ❤️

If you had any purchases stored in your Bubble Witch 2 Saga, then please contact Player Support so they can send your unused purchases to the game on your phone.
You can email Player Support from the game's Settings, Help Center, choose a topic and Contact us. Remember to choose 'Purchases & Gold Bars' as the topic for your issue.
Please note that any free items as Boosters won in events or bonus features cannot be replaced or compensated.
