Their response - irresponsible and unacceptable! They want the feedback but what’s the point if they do nothing about it. They act like they care and say how “valuable” you are to them as players. (Edit by CM: Rude) I kept losing boosters or not getting the boosters that I’ve won. Each time I would provide them with a screenshot of the issue, just like they instructed me to do. Since I have made them aware of this each time it happens, now they tell me to quit sending them messages about the same problem. I get it, they heard me the first time, but if I don’t let the know each time it happens, they will not realize how OFTEN it DOES happen. It’s silly to have to take a screenshot each time you win boosters, just so you can either make sure you have them or have the evidence to show them the issue. It’s always, “Let us know what you think”, but in reality, they don’t want to hear it. They are going to reply with what they think you want to hear or even spin it to make it your issue and not theirs. Let us know - - Don’t let us know, tell us what you think - - but we really don’t care what you think. It’s just frustrating

I've moved your discussion to the Players' Corner as the loss of Boosters is not related to the Audio in the games. It looks more like a Support question than feedback, so if you tell us a bit more we could be able to help you out, or at least give you more information. ☺️
