  • For me it's field hockey, mainly because I still compete.

    Another sports of interest is lawn tennis. A very tiring but good for the body. When on a single match the whole court is yours that needed full strength for the court to cross the other side. You must be both offensive and defensive.

    I thrills me hearing the umpire shouts fault.

    You're right @lelensp. I used to play tennis a lot and I've always loved to watch a good tennis match. Our son is a member of a tennis club where the oldest members are in their nineties and still p!aying internationally.

    Wow nineties still playing. I wonder how much effort do they give to hit the ball. They still have strong knees to play. My mind is playing seeing them on the court.

  • Soccer and basketball! Because it keeps you big and strong!

    Level 2

    Hello everyone!

    My favorite sport would have to be freediving. I know it doesn't seem like a spot but there are a lot of freediving competitions around the world.

    I use freediving when I go spearfishing under the ocean's waters in the Gulf of Mexico. It takes a lot of practice and expanding your lungs to be able to hold in one breath for several minutes at a time. It can wear you out but I love it.

    Being under the water swimming around like a fish without all the heavy gear except for a weight belt and being able to dive deeper on one breath underwater is breath taking lol. It has a calming, serene effect and it's also great for taking underwater photos and other scenery photos. There are a lot of interesting things to look at underwater that you couldn't even imagine. It's beautiful.

    @CassD

    Wow at nineties and still playing jnternationally. Thats great. Imagine how strong their knees are running to and fro in the court and how strong their muscles are to hit the ball with their racket.

    Yeah! It is β€œButterfly (something)”, David πŸ€—

    But, to me, it does not make sense with that name as the swimmers are diving like Dolphins. So, we both are right naming it β€œDolphins swim” 😁 🀣 🀣
