@wykoon If I were able to create a new Law for the World it would be to.....Look at yourself then put yourself in the place of others before you choose to make any decisions that might effect any of them, if you believe everyone will benefit then your decision was right....Always remember yourself respect is in others first not you.

Any abuse of a child is 25 years to life in prison. That person will no longer be allowed to have contact with children. If found with any child again, they will spend the rest of their life in prison without any parole.
Murder of any human is life without the possibility of any parole for any adult age 25 and older.
Drunk driving is a suspended license with being clean for more than 5 years. If drunk driving happens again, then license is terminated for the remainder of the person's life with prison time of 15 years.
If bullying causes a person to lose their life, that juvenile will go to a facility for their age. If they are a teen, they will stay in the facility until 18 and then go on house arrest until the age of 21. If they cause any more criminal activity, they will go to prison for a judge or jury to determine how much time they will get with the lost of life being entered into evidence.
Any past criminal activity will be entered into evidence no matter what.
Holding back of any evidence that is found later in a case, that caused that person to be found guilty and they served time, that person or person's who lied or held back evidence that could keep that person out of jail or prison, that person who cause it will also serve the same amount of time and have a record that will follow them the rest of their life. If that person or person's was found to have their life threatened with harm and that was the reason they lied or held back evidence, that charge will be cleared.
