@Lola_Pop if a player is banned due to being under aged, when they come back after they turn 13 do they return as a new player at level 2 and lose all their badges and points that they hadn't earned according to the rules?

If the player banned (they cannot joined after banned) due to underage 13 or spam or multiple account or other bad reasons, the player has badges, points and posts are still here on view profile. When the player unbanned after over 13 years old or waiting very later, the player can continue joining while badges, points and posts are still here (continued) on King Community. 😊

If the player deleted due to decision (or spam or multiple account or other bad reasons decided by Community Team sometimes), the player's username changed to Deleted User. The deleted user has badges, points and posts are still here but cannot continue logging in that user again after deleted, so the player creates another new one user then the player will starting again that's means newbee while no posts, badges and points started.

When we see who are/comment underage 13 or spam or offensive/rude on King Community, we must report then ban players. We will keep our eyes out. 😉
