My app won’t open

Since the weekend, my app won’t load. It opens and immediately shuts. Any ideas what to do? My iPhone software is up to date.

I think it's a sign that your app is not up to date. Kindly check for the latest update of your app in the app store.
Once you've completed updating the app, restart your device and start playing.

Hi. Unfortunately, I have tried that by uninstalling and reinstalling. It’s made no difference. Is there another way to update it if it doesn’t appear in my App Store account to be updated?
