Since you have directed your questions to us, it is not necessary to tag other players 😊. Thank you for your understanding.
The reason @Nico4991 is not able to post comment in the Community is because he/she needs to verify his/her email. To do so, he/she needs to log in to the email account that he uses to sign into the Community, check the message from King requesting for verification. If the message is not found in the inbox, it may be in the junk/spam folder.
Once, the accounts have been verified, try and log in again.

Yes, if your able to post, means your account has been verified.
The notification is targeted at player who intentionally create a new account using unverified email for purposes that do not comply with the House Rules. So it varies from spammers etc.
