The scarcest incident that happened to me was 30 years ago when I was walking with my now husband in woods close to where he lived.
While we were walking through the woods; I had a sense of unease. It has an aqueduct from which many suicides have taken place, there is also supposed to be an ancient ghost there. As we continued, we came to a hidden clearing which had a large black wooden pentagon structure in the centre and signs of sacrifice, and occult practices. I am a spiritual person myself and recognise positive and negative energies. Walking on I heard rustling, breaking of twigs to the left of me and glanced over. There was a shadow moving behind the trees. Becoming increasingly more anxious as we continued walking, I looked behind us, standing there was a tall man with white hair carrying a monkey wrench in a threatening behaviour! He saw us looking and disappeared behind the trees again and seemed to follow the direction in which we were walking! By this time, I was really scared and said to my husband that I wanted to get back to my van and get out of there. Question was "What on Earth is he doing, especially stalking behind the trees along side of the footpath carrying a monkey wrench?"
First visit and last visit to those woods!

@wykoon thanks for an interesting contest! I loved reading all of the stories. Here is mine:
I live along side an old cemetery dating back to the early 1800's. Actually I discovered that my house is built on top of the cemetery when I dug up a grave marker outside my back door. I tried to return it to the cemetery but was told to keep it because the old plans of the cemetery showed that the original cemetery was bigger, and my house was built in 1920. So that grave marker sits outside my back door to this day. Strange things happen in my house all the time. We see shadow people and hear voices. TV and stereos turn on and off. Lights turn on and off. My kitchen cabinets will bang open and shut. Window shades will open or close. Objects have been known to fly across the room, and several visitors have been hit by books that fly off my bookshelf( that is an entire wall in my living room). There are loud knocks on my front and back door, but you can see that no one is there, as the knocking continues. But the creepiest thing that occured happened while I was boiling a big pot of water to cook some fresh caught lobsters in . I went into the kitchen to check if the water was boiling and there was blood running down my kitchen walls. It was wet and sticky and slowly dripping down my walls in several spots. I can handle items disappearing and reappearing months later, or music playing when no stereos are turned on, but the blood really freaked me out. It only happened once.

@Pitty_Kitty, I'm glad that you are left unharmed. TBH, human being may be scariest than ghost cos we are capable to do anything.

@bearwithme, thanks for sharing that news and it's sad that withhold information about haunting incidents of the property on sale is not against the law. I hope the tenant get compensated though.
@Alexandra_Tang, whenever I traveled abroad, I have a tendency to knock on the door before I enter it to signify that I'm going to stay in that room. I normally travel in a group.
@kiara_wael, I know that there are rules to be followed whenever we go into a jungle/forest because we are considered the "trespasser" to the the guardian of the forest, these include, among other, not to call actual name, not to take anything away e.g. pluck flowers/leaves etc. from the jungle and to ask permission before passing motion in the jungle.
@greddycandy, it's interesting to know that you and your family are able to live peacefully with the entities. 🙏
@gordan10, omg, that's freaky... I feel bad that your mother is still experiencing it. I hope you will get the house blessed like how @EnergizerBunny did. @EnergizerBunny, your mom did a great job.

I'd like the gold bars added to fhs please. My bulls haven't been behaving and oysters are taking over my farm. My sheep won't listen and go to their hay squares and I'm not sure who planted the poppies all over.

I have many more freaky occurrences that happen at my house on a daily basis. At night while in bed you feel the bed sink down as if someone just sat beside you. Toys get played with in the middle of the night. You can hear the footsteps of a small child, and some people have asked me who is the little boy that they see. The list goes on and on.
