I'm sorry you didn't receive the rewards for your winnings. Can you please tell me exactly which event you mean?
We always have from Thursday to Monday alternating star races or frosty hurry collect. If it happened to you at this event, it's the same mistake as in my game. I have already reported the error and troubleshooting is in progress.
Until then, please do the standard troubleshooting for your game:
- check your store for updates and run them
- clear the cache if you are playing on a mobile device (attention: please do not delete data but only the cache)
- turn off your device completely for one minute
- after turning it on, make sure you have a stable internet connection.
In the community, unfortunately, we cannot make refunds or credits for your losses. However, players have told me that they contacted support immediately after the end of the event from within the game and received a refund. Please try this as a further step. Go to Settings (gear) and the question mark. Select the Events topic and scroll the Help topic to the bottom. There you will find a contact button. Select it and you can report your complaint directly to support. I hope it helps until we get an update with the fix.
