    Welcome to the community @lorr49! I assume that you are talking about CC Saga. I am going to get you a link from the Saga Support Area discussing this. First I want to let you know that the video ads for the free rewards is in testing which means that players are randomly chosen to test it out. So you can have it at one time and then the test groups change and you lose it. You can go HERE to express your thoughts on this.
