This has already happened to me. As my game was saved, I reset my password and it returned to normal. Soon someone will give you more tips.

You connection could of dropped strength without you realising
Please try checking for any pending updates then clear the game cache from your device settings menu then log out of everything and leave your device off for at least 2 minutes let's see if these steps reset things for you 💓
