No I'm not, but I love halloween! ๐งก
Yes, the problem is that people are uninformed, there are too many theories about Halloween, in Mexico it is the feast of the dead but they have an open vision of the relationship between the living and the dead and celebrate a good Halloween with respect for the dead. In the Anglo-Saxon regions there is the cute myth of Jack O' Lantern. In Italy some factions of the Catholic Church oppose this holiday because, for them, it is the devil's party. Fortunately, young people do not follow the satanic meaning of the holiday. It's just a party for children waiting for Christmas. Old people protest and criticize without cone know the facts well. We are divided between old people and clergy and young couples and kids. I hope it was helpful to you.

I have done it in the past. ๐ง
Yes that was very insightful thank you! ๐ก๐ง Didn't expect this from this type of thread.
I to exchange insights, most people in Sweden think it's super annoying that as soon Halloween ends, everything switches to Christmas decorations saying "It's too early!!!". Just thought it was funny as you say it's seen as a holiday to wait for Christmas. ๐

In Italy, Christmas decorations are displayed in mid-October, in garden centers that display wonderful objects, the "opening" day is October 14th. All the people say it's too p early and no one buys until the end of November. After Christmas, on December 26th which is still a holiday here, sales of these items begin with 50% discounts. People use to say "the magic of Christmas" and I get angry because Christmas is the birth of Jesus, not Harry Potter. Nobody respects religion anymore. Sorry if I wrote so much, a hug
