Have you dropped levels
If so please clear the game cache from your device settings menu you need to be using compatible devices to be remain fully updated such as pc Windows 10 or above the latest apple ios or android 9 or above
Check you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Now check for any pending updates then play 1 level log out (not just close) and leave your device off for a moment or two you may need to Repeat
If you had been saving your progress this will restore your levels 💓
