It was comes up with error message when trying to go to store

Sorry to hear you are having this problem please try the following
Check for any pending updates
Clear the game cache from your device settings menu
Check you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Log out not just close the game and leave your device off for a moment or two you may need to Repeat this part
Log back in and let's see if this resets it for you 💓
