Headed to 4K Help! Connection Error

Heyyy All! Happy Holidays!
I need help added a gift card and got booted out my account keeps saying connection error 😳 got my bars, progress showing but my store is not connected 😭 it just says contacting any tips out there I’ve tried all the troubleshooting stuff none worked! If I delete the app will my progress be saved in my king account ya think🤔 help need to crush 😻

If no trouble shooting has worked for you and you Want to uninstall please be mindful that you will loose any boosters
If your progress is being saved you won't loose it but sometimes it can restart on a lower level if this happens play 1 level log out and leave your device off for a moment or two any saved progress will then return 💓

Omg Thanks for the tipPrettyBubbles! I did it uninstalled and reinstalled right away logged in successfully and everything was there!!! It worked I highly recommend anyone needing to this please make sure all your progress is backed up to your King Account! Happy Crushing I’m back!!!
