Forced to pay gold bars-switched phones

I switched phones and although I was logged into my King account to sync my apps, I had to pay a gold bar fee to continue playing Soda saga. I am on day 347 streak and when I opened the Soda app on my new phone, it said I missed a day and I had to pay 10 bars to keep my progress. I absolutely did not miss a day, in fact I played about an hour before on my old phone before switching to my new phone. I found it interesting that the server knew what day of progress I was on and had all the other correct game info (it did sync my info across devices) but it didn’t recognize my time-stamp of last play. There was no way to bypass that screen without paying or losing all of that daily streak progress.
I want my 10 gold bars back that I paid REAL money for.
