HELP IM TRAPPED IN A LEVEL FOR A WEEK

I don’t know what to do anymore!! I cant get through level 475 and i’m desperate. i have 0 golds and no ad option in my game, and considering deleting it because i’m not having any fun anymore and literally can’t play the game at all (just the level 475). It’s been DAYS, and i always end up with no lives and having to wait several minutes/hours to receive another one. WHAT SHOULD I DO???????????? HELP!!!!!!!!!
