Hi I would like my community account closed please.reason spending moneywhen not working properly,plus stages making me do twice,dodgey software. If I wasn't spending money it would of Been OK,alot of other questionable things happened,I would of listed,but can't bothered laters

Do you want to start the game all over again? 😕
The easiest way to do this is to start playing on a new Facebook or King account and the game will automatically start over from level 1.
If you want to keep playing on the same account as before, then check below depending on what device or platform you play on.
📱💻 Mobile devices and the Windows app
Please email your game reset request to Player Support directly from the game by going to the game's Settings and Help Center, choose a topic, then any of the articles and tap 'Contact us' in the bottom of the page.
When you have received a reply from Player Support that the game has been reset, remember to delete and reinstall the app on your device before you open it. The device's cache memory may otherwise restore the game back to your level.
🌐 Facebook
Please email your game reset request to Player Support from the contact form HERE. You will need to enter the exact same email that you use for login on your Facebook account so Player Support can locate your game and account.
When you have received a reply from Player Support that the game has been reset, please clear the cache and cookies on your browser before you open the game the next time. The browser's cache memory may otherwise restore the game.

How do you delete your player account?Your player profile is crucial as it saves your progress, any items you've purchased like Gold Bars, and, if you have a King account, your purchase history and friends list.
Please Note : Deleting your data is permanent and cannot be undone. Before you decide to delete your account, remember that you will lose all your progress, your King friends list, and any items you've purchased or received for free. If you decide to return later, you will need to start over from level one.
Steps to Delete Your Account :For Mobile Users :
- Please tap on “Delete My Account” at the bottom of this article.
- We will confirm your request via email and provide the necessary details to proceed with the deletion.
For Desktop Users :
- Access the Help Center in your King game:
- Windows app : Settings > Question Mark
- If you only play on Facebook : Click on FAQ at the bottom of the game board.
- Click on "Privacy & Terms".
- Select "How do I delete my player account?".
- Go to "Legal & Privacy" and then "Permanently delete my account".
Upon receiving your confirmation through these steps, we will begin the process of removing all your player information from our records.
If You Do Not Have a King Account : If you don’t have a King account registered, we do not store your personal information. In this case, you can simply delete the app from your device.
