It would be nicer if king games can implement feature of chat with friends so that it will be real fun to play and interact with people's/friends.

I don't know if implementing a chat would be a good idea: King games are games and not messaging.

I also think that this would be difficult to manage even if this functionality is already available in the Candy Crush Soda Saga teams.
