Why can I not connect to app store

I can not connect to app store in candy crush or candy crush soda. I've been trying fir 2 days.

Hi my friend welcome sorry to hear you are having this problem
Please make sure that you have a strong Internet connection and at least 2gig of free memory
Please then check for any pending updates then log out and leave your device off for a moment or two this can sometimes help with connection blips 💓

I have tried rebooting, I made sure the game is updated, and it has been a week and still will not connect to the app store on my kindle fire.... Need help!!!

Also what version of kindle are you using 💓
