When I click on "ASK TEAM" to collect or request or send lives, it just says "connection lost"

What game are you having this issue with

Please make sure you have a strong Internet connection and a minimum of 2gig of free memory

Also please try checking for any pending updates logging out and leaving your device off for a moment or to this can sometimes help with connection blips 💓
