After log in Apple ID, gold is gone

I was playing without log in and just decided to sign in , so I did with Apple ID.

Once I sign in , my level and items were the same, however my gold was 0 which I had over 600.

I already messaged to help email to three times , but they just copy and paste unrelated answer which means they didn’t bother to read two sentence.
Can anyone help?

I emailed 4 times and no one help. You know my email information and still don’t help either and just excuse can’t reimburse here. All the email said go and write here.

It is clearly technical issue and you don’t bother to fix it

Let me check that when you go to the bottom of this page and select contact us tab that you are completing the form correctly this is important as this will depend on the reply you receive
