I have lost my progress

HiPlz help meI got lost all of my progress and account information And whatever I want to do i get the error( connection error, plz try again a bit later)I can not even login with my facebook account. I was in level 4500..

I have tried every steps that I found in account help center and it wasn't successful.

I had linked my account to facebook and now its not possible to retrieve or to connect trough facebook.

Can you still access your game but its just your levels that have dropped

If so please try playing one level then closing the game and leave your device off for a moment or two any previously saved levels will return 💓
