Connection error - need help

Hi, I’m so sorry if I’m doing this wrong and please be kind. I’m not that good with technical stuff.
Maybe someone can help me? Ever since I tried to log in on another device, the game doesn’t have an internet connection on either device. I updated everything and have recently deleted the game on one of the devices but that didn’t help. Tried cellular and wifi, over a few days, doesn’t help. Has anyone faced a similar problem or knows how to fix this? I’m technically not that well versed, sorry and thanks for any help!!
