Level 5656 is frozen !!!

my game is not frozen but level 5656 is !!! I have power cycled my phone

I do not want to loose all my power that I have accumulated so restarting this game is not an option

Which game are you playing?

Are you talking about the "win streak" boosters OR the boosters you saved up in the game? If it is your saved boosters, you will not be losing them by restarting your game!

Can you please reply to clarify?

last time I reset bubble witch all my boosters and free play’s disappeared

Hi my friend sorry to hear that you are having this issue

If you had uninstalled then yes you would of lost your boosters and progress

Please check you have no pending updates

Clear the game cache from your device settings menu

Close everything down then leave your device off for a moment or two

When you open it up it if it is still the same please go back and choose a level that plays then play that level and restart your device again this should free up the freezing for you

It will not cause you to loose items

If all this fails please come back with what device and platform you are using and your game ID 💓
