Lost boosters on Ipad

Why when I get over 100 boosters I lose them on my IPad and how do I get them back.?

Do you have your device & level up to date?
Unfortunately, if you have earned free boosters, you will not get them
back. Only if you bought them. Please go to the help center under gold
bars and buy.
