I haven’t heard of this issue, but one of the other Moderators may have. In the meantime can you give us more information. Are you playing on a PC or mobile device? If mobile - what specific device and software. If PC are you playing thru the win10 app or something else?
It helps to have the latest version of the game, make sure you have enough free memory and clear your cache. Then you want to restart your device - make sure you turn it off for 10-15 seconds.If you still have problems you can contact player support, but they will need to know what device you are playing on.
