Bad MacDonalds ad

My phone locks up every time half a Spanish McDonalds’ ad appears. I’d think that the genius’s at King could exclude this ad from ever appearing. Or McDonalds could fix their ad. This has gone on for months!

We did have an issue with this ad but I have been advised it is fixed
Please check for any pending updates in your game clear the game cache from your device settings menu then close everything down and leave your device off for a moment or two

My games are all up to date. I tried following prior instructions to clear my game cache & none of that has worked.

I thought I had been clearing my game cache by following online instructions. Apparently I hadn’t been. I found better instructions to clear the cache & the games seem to be working … so far without the ad reappearing.

Well it’s happened again! The McDonalds bad ad reappeared and it’s perhaps an hour of play time after I cleared the cache. Shouldn’t the King people end this by removing and blocking this ad from ever appearing?

still not fixed. The ad appears a lot less frequently, but it still appears periodically. When will this be fixed (you indicated it would be fixed later last week)?
