Did you change device or maybe loose in a challenge
Did you purchase them and mot receive them
Also can tell us what game you are playing and what device and platform you are using 💓

Log out of the game and update your game and clear the cache and log
back in. Then you should have everything back. If not, please play a
level and the game will update. Then you have everything back.
